Packages, Flash Sales & Promotion Codes

Overview

Alongside individual services, you can bundle Packages (multiple services or sessions sold together) and run Offers — discount promotions such as Flash Sales and Promotion Codes — both managed from the same Services area with their own activate/deactivate controls.

Packages

A package bundles several services or sessions together under one name and price, so customers can buy a set of treatments as a single product. Create a package, give it a name and price, and choose the services it includes. Packages can be activated or deactivated, edited, or deleted from the package details screen, and exported to CSV.

Flash sales

Flash Sales are time-limited discount offers you run on services to drive bookings during a promotional window. Manage them from the Flash Sales tab, where you can search existing offers and export them.

Promotion codes

Promotion Codes are coupon codes customers (or staff) enter to receive a discount. They're the same codes that can be applied as a coupon during a sale in Retail POS.

Notes & limitations

Once created, these offers feed into selling and booking flows — for example a promotion code can be redeemed as a coupon at checkout, and discounted prices apply automatically. Manage all of them centrally from the Services screen tabs.
