Staff Payroll Dashboard
Overview
The payroll dashboard combines a staff member's base salary, commissions, bonuses, tips, and deductions into one number, with a payment log and an exportable payslip.

The Total Earnings calculation
The headline figure on the dashboard is:
Total Earnings = Total Salary + Commissions + Bonuses + Tips − Deductions
Below it, a grid of stat cards breaks this down for your selected date range: Total Salary, Total Tips (view-only — tips are recorded through checkout, not editable here), Total Commissions, Total Bonuses, Total Deductions, Pending Payments, and Paid. Tapping most cards takes you straight to the relevant screen.
Date range
A period selector — Today, This Week, This Month, Last Month, or a Custom range — controls the whole dashboard, including the exported payslip.
Salary plans
Tap Total Salary to manage salary plans:
Create a plan with a name, a fixed amount and currency, and a credit day (the day of the month it's paid).
One plan can cover multiple staff members, or you can create a dedicated plan per person.
Assign an existing plan to a staff member, or remove one that's already assigned.
Logging payments
Tap Pending Payments or Paid to log a payment. Choose a payment type: Advance Salary, Early Tips, Early Commissions, or End of Month Compensation. Along with an amount and currency, the month this payment counts toward, the date the payment was actually made, and optional notes.
Recent activity & exports
A Recent Activity feed lists every payment, bonus, and deduction logged for the staff member, each deletable. The export button generates a monthly payslip PDF — pick one of the last six months or a custom date range, and it's shared or downloaded as a formatted PDF with your business logo, the staff member's name, and the same earnings breakdown. A "View detailed staff report" link jumps to the fuller individual staff report for the same period.
Notes & limitations
Tips are view only and cannot be edited from the dashboard. Viewing earnings, assigning plans, and logging payments are permission controlled.
