Key Reports and What They Show
Overview
This guide lists the main reports available in WAJ and what each one is used for. Reports are grouped into the categories shown in the Reports side menu. Each report can be filtered by branch and date range, and many can be exported. For a full metric-by-metric breakdown of any report group, see that group's own topic.
Performance and Business reports
Performance Overview: a dashboard of headline figures (net sales, costs, revenue and bookings) for the selected branch and period; it refreshes automatically.
Business Performance Report: detailed revenue and sales breakdown for the business.
Branch Comparison Report: compares performance across branches side by side.
Forecast Report (Branch Forecast): projects expected revenue over an upcoming period, with daily or other granularity.
Appointment reports
Booking Reports: booking volumes and a booking summary, including booking logs.
Service Reports: performance by service, including a services summary.
Appointment Summary: a summary view of appointments over the period, compared across branches.
Cancelled & No-show Reports: bookings that were cancelled or marked as no-show, with reasons.
Financial reports
Financial Overview: revenue, costs and net position for the business.
Income Statement: a profit-and-loss style statement.
General Ledger: ledger entries for the period.
GL Mapped Report: ledger entries grouped by their general-ledger mapping.
Liability Overview and Liability Log: outstanding liabilities such as unredeemed gift cards and customer balance.
Outstanding Amounts: unpaid and pending balances owed to the business.
Staff, Client, Marketing, Website and Inventory reports
Staff Reports: per-staff performance (the earnings waterfall, commission, and utilization rate), plus an Attendance report for shifts worked. Staff without elevated access see only their own report.
Clients Reports: client activity and daily client summaries.
Retention Analytics: client retention, churn logs and staff retention.
Surveys & Reviews: Google reviews and survey feedback.
Marketing Report: marketing and promotion performance.
Website Reports: Website Booking Report (online bookings) and Website Traffic Report.
Inventory Reports: Inventory Overview, Stock Usage History, Categories Summary, Daily Inventory Log, and Products Used in Services.
Leads reports (CRM)
For businesses using WAJ's sales/leads pipeline: Sales Overview (pipeline health and rep performance), Sales Activities (logged CRM interactions), Sales Actions (a live view of pending/overdue follow-ups), and Sources & Attribution (where leads come from and how they perform).
