Leads Reports (Sales Pipeline / CRM)
Overview
Four reports under Reports → Leads for businesses using WAJ's sales/leads pipeline (CRM) to track prospective customers: Sales Overview, Sales Activities, Sales Actions, and Sources & Attribution.
Sales Overview
What it is: Pipeline health, conversion funnel, revenue, sources, and rep performance for the period.
Navigation: Reports → Leads → Sales Overview. Filter by sales rep and/or lead source.
Metrics (per rep): Created leads, Won leads, Lost leads, Win Rate, Open leads, Pipeline Value, Won Revenue.
Sales Activities
What it is: Every CRM interaction logged in the period — stage moves, calls, meetings, visits, notes, comments, and new leads created — broken down by staff member, day, and activity type.
Navigation: Reports → Leads → Sales Activities. Filterable by rep and activity type.
Sales Actions
What it is: A live snapshot (not tied to a date range) of your open pipeline: pending, overdue, and missing follow-ups per staff member, with urgency scoring and a prioritized action queue — basically, "what needs attention right now."
Navigation: Reports → Leads → Sales Actions.
Sources & Attribution
What it is: Where your leads are coming from and how they perform, by source, Meta ad campaign/ad-set/ad, and country.
