Overview

If you're looking for reviews your customers have left, they don't live on the client profile — you'll find them in two places under Reports instead.

Where to find reviews

• Survey Reviews — reviews customers submit through your aftercare communication after a visit. Open any review to see its full details.

• Google Reviews — a report surfacing your business's reviews from Google, alongside your other performance reports.

Showing reviews on your booking site

You can control whether reviews appear on your public online booking page using the Show Reviews toggle in your online profile settings.

Notes & limitations

Access to this information is controlled by permissions — View customer reviews, Access staff reviews, and Show/Hide reviews to be shown on website — so you can decide who on your team can see and manage them.
